After studying gastronomy in Buenos Aires she went on to study pastry at the CORDON BLEU in Paris. At the completion of her studies she also worked there for the following 3 years to perfect her craft. Luckily for us since returning from Paris she is giving private classes teaching her passion.
Learn how to make some of those oh so delicious Argentine pastries that you love so much from a true Pastry Pro. Learning a new skill and indulging your tastebuds while you're at it. You will make 3 to 4 different types of pastries to enjoy.
The argentine pastries you'll be baking: Alfajorcito de maizena, pasta frola, tortas fritas, pepitas.
We will then get to taste them with some tea!
